Description: This destination resort community is set within the rural landscape of eastern Washington and the Desert Canyon golf course. The resort is anchored by a community and fitness center, retail/coffee shop, indoor/outdoor pool along with a family water park. The core area is surrounded by small clusters of residential cottages and homes woven together by trails, open space, orchards and vineyards, creating a walking community where cars are seldom seen. The site landscape designs recommended creation of orchards and vineyards, along with a rural vernacular architecture to blend and complement the natural landscape of the Columbia River Valley.
