Program: Streetscape, roof gardens, native gardens and water features

Description: This new Marriot will be located in the heart of Seattle’s university district. Working closely with Degen & Degen Architects, GCH developed designs for the adjacent streetscape and several rooftop gardens. The rooftop gardens provide amenity open space for guests at the hotel and will include shaded outdoor seating areas, dining areas, an outdoor kitchen and water features. The water features are designed to utilize rain collected from the roofs, creating seasonal water features.
