Description: The Tanjung Penang Condominiums sit on 20 hectares of Penang Island waterfront property off the mainland of West Malaysia. GCH worked jointly with architects to provide master planning services as well as deliver site planning and landscape concept design. This project features luxury condominiums designed to embrace a state of the art large scale water park and clubhouse. Each unique water amenity sits nestled within the lush tropical gardens creating a series of relaxing spaces beneath the grand massings of shade trees and graceful palms.
