Description: This 300 hectare project off the coast of Penang is a landfill project consisting of three inter-connected islands for which GCH is providing master planning and site planning services. The project’s entertainment district includes a conference and exhibition facility, sports stadium, 18 hole golf course, recreation complex, as well as cultural and religious centers. The commercial district includes hotels, retail and restaurants, shopping center, civic buildings and marinas. Residential districts are integrated throughout the islands as multifamily, condominium, townhouses and villas.
